How to import Outlook files
How to import Outlook files from another computer into your Outlook Email client.
1. Launch your Outlook Program
2. From the main file menu Select Tools > Services
3. In Services:
4. Scroll down and highlight Personal Folders
5. Browse for the personal folder (.pst) file
7. Please note the new addition to the Services Tab
2. From the main file menu Select Tools > Services
3. In Services:
- Click the Add button
- Click OK

4. Scroll down and highlight Personal Folders
- Click OK

5. Browse for the personal folder (.pst) file
- Click Open

6. In Personal Folders window:
- Name: Enter the name of your choice
- Click OK

7. Please note the new addition to the Services Tab
- Click OK

8. Please note the new "Personal Folder (John Doe)" in your Folder List
