Accessing Course Web Sites
Detailed information about how to access Course Web Sites.
Psychology Course Web Sites now use a UCLA Logon ID for the USERNAME. Your password is your 9-digit student ID number. Course Web Sites will not be activated until the first week of class.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE to TEST or ACTIVATE
YOUR ACCOUNT!
You will not be given an account for Course Web Site(s) until you have activated a UCLA Logon ID. Once your UCLA Logon ID is established, it will still take a few days, sometimes up to 3 days, for the information to reach our server. DO NOT wait until the week of the exam to take care of this.
Extension students qualify for temporary UCLA Logon ID accounts during the quarter they are enrolled. Refer to the UCLA Logon ID and BOL Services Information Web page (in particular the BOL policy on Concurrent Enrollment Students) for specific instructions.
If you are a TA then you will need to submit your UCLA Logon ID to webpages@psych.ucla.edu. Please also include your full name, your student ID number, the name of the course, and the professor that you will be assisting. All other non-enrolled accounts need instructor approval. Readers, Tutors, incomplete make-ups or other guest access needs special permission from the Instructor. Please have the Instructor email the Psychology Web team at webpages@psych.ucla.edu and give their permission for you to have access. Be sure they include your NAME (first & last), UID, and the COURSE NUMBER in the e-mail.
Your e-mail listed in the Course Web Site will go to your UCLA Logon ID e-mail address. If you do not use your UCLA Login ID e-mail account, you should set up a BOL email alias to forward your email to a preferred email address. If you do not arrange to receive your messages, you could potentially miss out on announcements from your Instructor(s).
